$566,000 Won For Accident Victim

We recently settled a car accident case where our client was driving in the right-hand lane on Lone Oak Road in Paducah, Kentucky. The at-fault driver failed to yield to our client’s right of way and pulled out in front of our client.  Despite trying to avoid the collision, our client’s vehicle struck the at-fault driver’s vehicle.  Our client injured both of his knees which required multiple surgeries. However, our client had significant pre-existing degenerative changes in his knees and was already a recipient of Social Security Disability. We recovered $566,000.00 from the other driver’s insurance company to compensate our client.
